Police have recovered the bodies of three unidentified young men from Rupganj area of Narayanganj.
The men were found dead near a bridge in the neighbourhood of Alampur on Friday morning, said Additional Superintendent of Police Faruk Hossain, reports bdnews24.
“The locals had informed the police when they saw the bodies lying on the road. Police recovered the bodies and sent them to the morgue,” he said.
The three men wore trousers and shirts, Moniruzzaman Monir, chief of Rupganj Police Station, said.
“It seems the killers had murdered them somewhere else and dumped the bodies here. We’re investigating the incident.”
The bodies have been sent to the Narayanganj General Hospital Morgue for autopsy, said Monir.
