A young housewife was found hanging at her house in Manikganj on Thursday.
Police recovered the body of Marzina Begum, 26, from Tillirchar village in Saturia upazila at noon.
She was the wife of expatriate Nazrul Islam.
Local union parishad member Shukur Ali said family members stormed the room at noon breaking open the door after getting no response from Marzina despite repeated calls.
They found the housewife hanging from the ceiling of her room, UNB reported.
Officer-in-charge of Saturia Police Station Aminul Islam said they were investigating the incident.
