The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court on Sunday ordered to dispose of freedom fighter and Tangail district Awami League member Faruk Ahmed murder case by the next six months.
An apex court division bench of Justice Obaidul Hasan passed the order, reports BSS.
The court also scrapped a bail plea submitted by the accused Sahidur Rahman Khan alias Mukti.
