Dhaka University (DU) is set to celebrate its 105th founding anniversary today (Tuesday). DU has taken elaborate preparations to celebrate the day with grandeur. The vice-chancellor's (VC) residence, Curzon Hall, Faculty of Arts, and Teacher-Student Centre (TSC)-have been beautifully illuminated.
The celebration will begin at 9:30 AM, when students, teachers, officials, and staff will gather at the "Smriti Chironton" memorial. From there, a colorful procession led by VC Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan will be held across the campus. Alumni, faculty, students, and university staff will participate in the rally.
