The government has appointed new Deputy Commissioners (DCs) in eight districts.
The Public Administration Ministry said this in a gazette notification issued on Wednesday.
The newly appointed Deputy Commissioners are- Afroza Akter Chowdhury-Joypurhat, Afia Akhtar- Rajshahi, Zahidul Islam Miah-Rajbari, Muhammad Nazrul Islam-Sirajganj, Md Towfiqur Rahman-Kushtia, Md Rafiqul Islam-Dinajpur, Mohammad Ashraf Uddin- Shariatpur and Asma Shaheen- Natore.
