Former Information and Communication Technology Minister Syed Abul Hossain passed away on Wednesday.
He breathed his last at a private hospital in Dhaka. He was 72.
He left behind his wife, two daughters and many well-wishers to mourn his death, according to local media reports.
Syed Sakhawat Hossain, his nephew and Dasar Upazila Awami League convener, confirmed his death.
