At least five people have been killed in a road traffic accident involving a single car in Pabna’s Ishwardi.
The accident occurred on the Pabna-Ishwardi regional road near Dashuria Sugar Mill, said Ishwardi Model Police Station Inspector Monirul Islam.
Details of the victims were not available immediately, reports bdnews24.com.
Inspector Monirul said: “The private car [sedan] turned turtle out of the road after the driver lost its control. Three people died on the spot. The doctor declared the two others dead when the injured were taken to Ishwardi Upazila Health Complex.”
