Govt extends ongoing shutdown to Apr 14 over virus fears

The government has extended the nationwide shutdown by three more days to April 14 in an attempt to contain the spread of the coronavirus that infected 88 people and killed nine in the country so far.

The closure of all offices until April 11 has been extended to April 14, Public Administration Secretary Shaikh Yusuf Harun said on Sunday, reports bdnews24.
