Govt has no contradiction with army on aid channel to Myanmar: Khalilur

National Security Adviser Khalilur Rahman has said the interim government has no contradiction with the army on the issue of establishing humanitarian channel from Bangladesh to Rakhine State of Myanmar.

“This is completely a rumour. We have no differences of opinion with the army on this issue. I have detailed discussions with the army chief on Myanmar issue. We are totally on the same page,” said Khalilur Rahman while addressing a press conference on Wednesday.

He categorically said that the government has never discussed the issue of providing humanitarian corridor to Myanmar with anybody or any agency.
