Govt won’t do anything on quota issue bypassing apex court: Law minister

Law Minister Anisul Huq has said the government will implement the Supreme Court’s decision on the quota system in public services.

The minister said the executive organ of the state will not do anything on the sub-judice matter bypassing the apex court.

Addressing an event at Jatiya Press Club in Dhaka on Tuesday, Anisul Huq said, "The government of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will not deviate from ideals. No one will be able to destroy the spirit of the liberation war. Anyone will be allowed to disrespect the freedom fighters."
