Hajj registration for 2025 begins on Sept 1

The registration of hajj for the year 2025 under government and private management will begin on September 1 and will continue up to November 30.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs made the announcement in a notice at hajj management portal on Sunday, according to the local media reports.

According to the notice, the pre-registration fee is set at Tk 30,000 for both government and private management.

It is said that 127,198 Bangladeshi will be able to perform hajj in 2025.

The initial registration process will automatically close once the quota is reached, said the ministry adding that the registration period will not be extended later.
