Hasina lands in India

Sheikh Hasina, who just resigned as the prime minister of Bangladesh amid fierce anti-government movement and fled to India, has reached Delhi.

According to a report of in the India Today newspaper, the aircraft carrying her landed at the Hindon Air Base in Ghaziabad at 5.36 pm.

Indian Air Force officials received her.

The report says she is likely to fly to London.
