The High Court will issue an order Sunday (September 22) on the writ, seeking a ban on the transfer or sale of the property of S Alam Group.
A High Court Division Bench comprising Justice Md Kamrul Hossain Mollah and Justice Kazi Zinat Hoque completed the hearing of the writ petition on Thursday.
Writ Petitioner Rokonuzzaman said that the court has fixed next Sunday for passing the order.
The petitioner also sought court directives for submission of the list of all immovable assets and properties of the shareholders, directors and family members of the S Alam Group.
