JSC examinee dies in Natore road crash

Shawon Hossain, 13, a JSC examinee from Hamirghosh High School, was killed after the battery-run auto-rickshaw in which he was travelling, overturned and plunged into a roadside canal in Singra upazila of Natore on Sunday morning.

Md Monirul Islam, Officer-in-Charge of Singra Police Station said, the accident occurred when Shawon along with other JSC examinees were on their way to Domdoma High School.

Locals rescued him from the water and rushed him to Singra Upazila Health Complex where the duty doctors declared him dead, according to a local media report.
