Police recovered the body of a man from Dhaka–Narayanganj Link Road at Bhuigar area in Fatullah upazila of Narayanganj district on Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Eman Ali, 52, son of Abdur Rashid Mia of Ramchandra area of Islampur upazila of Jamalpur district, as per media reports.
Police said, being informed by locals, they recovered the body from an overpass of the Dhaka–Narayanganj Link Road and sent it to Narayanganj General (Victoria) Hospital morgue for autopsy.
The body bore several injury marks, said police adding that the victim’s one wrist was broken.
