MoFA, UGC, a2i sign MoU to attest students' certificates

A tripartite memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed to streamline certificates attestation through a virtual platform of the government for students seeking to study abroad.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh, and the Aspire to Innovate (a2i) signed the MoU.

On behalf of their respective sides, Mamunur Rashid Bhuiyan, project director of a2i; Fakhrul Islam, UGC secretary; and Shah Mohammad Tanvir Monsur, director general of Consular and Welfare wing, MoFA; signed the agreement at a ceremony held in the UGC headquarters in the city's Agargaon area, according to a statement.
