No tax on import of coronavirus protection equipment

The government has exempted duties and taxes on import of the medical equipment needed for protection of coronavirus pendamic as the number of patients continues to rise in Bangladesh.

The exemption will be effective until June 30, the finance ministry said in a circular on Sunday, reports bdnews24.com.
