A police constable sustained injuries after being sandwiched between two racing buses of Turag Paribahan at the Jatrabari Chawrastra intersection in Dhaka on Thursday afternoon.
The injured, Mithun, is undergoing treatment at Dhaka Medical College Hospital, reports UNB.
Ashraf Imam, deputy commissioner (Wari Zone) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police, confirmed the matter, saying that the on-duty constable got trapped between the buses while they were in a race.
The buses were seized, he added.
