Police have rushed to the scene outside Ananda Cinema Hall in Dhaka’s Farmgate after receiving reports of bomb-like objects.
Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Police Station chief Mohammad Golam Azam said the report came in through the national emergency service 999, as per a bdnews24.com report.
“Police went to the spot after receiving the report and found three bomb-like objects lying there,” he said.
The Dhaka Metropolitan Police Bomb Disposal Unit was alerted and has since started working at the scene, the OC added.
