The Election Commission (EC) on Friday approved 18 appeals on Friday, the seventh day of the hearings.
With these approvals, a total of 345 appeals against the returning officer's decisions on nomination papers have been accepted ahead of the 13th National Election.
A total of 43 appeals were heard on the day.
Of these, 18 appeals against the cancellation of nomination papers were approved and 17 appeals were rejected.
The commission rejected four appeals against the acceptance of nomination papers.
Another four appeals have been kept pending in the hearing.
Hearings on 100 more appeals will be held today (Saturday)
The appeal hearings will continue from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at the auditorium of the EC headquarters in the capital's Agargaon.
