The residence of Awami League General Secretary and former Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader, located in Noakhali, has been vandalised by students and locals.
Hundreds of enraged students and activists stormed into the house in Bora Rajapur village of Ward No 1 of Basurhat Municipality in Companiganj Upazila around 1 pm today (Thursday).
The protesters were seen setting furniture, the roof, and a car on fire.
