BNP leader Salahuddin Ahmed has submitted a complaint with the ICT against former PM Sheikh Hasina and six others, alleging that he had been made a victim of enforced disappearance from the capital about a decade ago.
The BNP Standing Committee member submitted the complaint to the International Crimes Tribunal's (ICT) Chief Prosecutor's Office on Tuesday.
The other accused include: former home minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, former inspectors general of police (IGP) Shahidul Haque and Benazir Ahmed; former DMP commissioner Asaduzzaman Mia, former National Telecommunication Monitoring Centre (NTMC) director general Ziaul Ahsan and former additional IGP Monirul Islam. He says that many unknown others were also involved in the incident.
ICT Chief Prosecutor Muhammad Tajul Islam accepted the complaint.
