President Hamid to offer his last Eid prayers at the Nat’l Eidgah ground

President Abdul Hamid on Saturday will offer Eid prayers at the National Eidgah ground on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, which will be his last Eid as the country’s President, reports UNB.
The main congregation of Eid-ul-Fitr will be held at 8.30 am at the National Eidgah ground.
President's Press Secretary Joynal Abedin said the President will participate in the Eid Jamaat at 8:30 am.
The President will be welcomed by Chief Justice of Bangladesh, Mayor of Dhaka South City Corporation, State Minister and Secretary of Ministry of Religious Affairs, Chief Executive Officer of Dhaka South City Corporation, Divisional Commissioner of Dhaka, Registrar General of Supreme Court, Islamic Foundation Director General and Deputy Commissioner of Dhaka.
After the prayers, Eid greetings will be exchanged with the dignitaries at Bangabhaban from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
If the congregation is not possible due to adverse weather or any other unavoidable reason, the main Eid congregation will be held at the Baitul Mukarram Mosque at 09:00 am, organisers said.
