President to return home from Singapore on Nov 1

President Mohammed Shahabuddin will return home from Singapore on November 1.

President’s Press Secretary Joynal Abedin told UNB that the president’s physical condition was examined this morning at the National University Hospital in Singapore.

After reviewing the report, the doctors expressed satisfaction with the progress of his physical condition, he also said.

Later, a board meeting of doctors was formed to review the president’s medical and physical condition after the surgery. Considering various reports and physical condition, the opinion was expressed that the president can travel by plane within November 1.

The president’s bypass surgery was successfully completed at the National University Hospital of Singapore on October 18.
