RAB nabs three with 23,580 Yaba tablets in Cox’s Bazar

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested three people along with 23,580 Yaba tablets from Shaplapur Bazar in Teknaf upazila of Cox's Bazar district on Saturday night.

The arrestees were identified as Sohel, 19, Alam, 22 and Rahmatullah, 27, hailing from Teknaf upazila.

Tipped off, a team of RAB-7 conducted a drive in the area and arrested the three people along with Yaba tablets worth Tk 1.17 crore after checking a pick-up van around 11:45 pm, reports UNB from Chattogram.

The arrestees were handed over to Teknaf Police Station.
