Remove battery-run rickshaws from Dhaka roads within 3 days: High Court

The High Court has ordered the concerned authorities to remove battery-powered rickshaws from the streets of Dhaka within three days.
The directive came on Tuesday from an HC bench comprising Justice Fatema Najib and Justice Mahmudur Raji, following a preliminary hearing on a writ petition filed on the matter.
The High Court has also issued a rule asking why action should not be taken against those who fail to comply with this order.
