Rezaul Maksud Jahedi joins as Local Government Division secretary

Rezaul Maksud Jahedi joined as the secretary to the Local Government Division, under the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development, and Co-operatives, on Monday.
Officials of the ministry offered him a warm reception upon his arrival at the ministry office.
On March 24, the Ministry of Public Administration transferred Rezaul Maksud Jahedi to the Local Government Division from the Ministry of Youth and Sports through a notification.
Earlier, on October 6 last year, Rezaul Maksud Jahedi joined as the secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. He joined the Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) Administration Cadre in 1994 as an assistant commissioner and magistrate. He served as an additional secretary in the Ministry of Public Administration before being appointed as secretary in the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
