A man was stabbed to death allegedly by his son in a sequel to a family feud in Gurudaspur upazila of Natore on Saturday.
The deceased was identifie das Abu Samsal of Khamar Nachkoir village in the upzila, reports UNB.
Samsal locked into anargument with his daughter-in-law over a family dispute in the morning, said Salim Reza, officer-in-charge of Gurudaspur Police Station.
At one stage of the argument, the victim's son Rubel intruded into the brawl and stabbed Samsal indiscriminately, leaving him severely injured.
Later, next-door neighbours took him to Gurudaspur Upazila Health Complex where the doctor referred him to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital considering the severity of his injury.
Samsal succumbed to his injuries on his way to the hospital, said the OC.
Rubel and his wife went into hiding soon after the incident, the OC added.
