Vehicular movement from the Urojahaj Chattar on Rokeya Sarani to Agargaon circle will remai restricted on Thursday, May 29 in observance of UN Peacekeeping Day.
According to a press release from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the road from the Urojahaj Chattar on Rokeya Sarani to Agargaon circle will have limited access from 8:30 am to 1:15 pm to prevent traffic congestion, UNB reports.
In observance of the International United Nations Peacekeepers Day 2025, a ceremony will be held on May 29 at the Bangabandhu Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Center to honour the families of officers and soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in UN peacekeeping missions.
All vehicles are requested to avoid the area during the specified times to ensure smooth execution of the day’s events.
