Three people including two employees of ACI Limited have been killed when a microbus, in which the victims were travelling, hit a stationary truck from behind in Gazipur on Thursday.
The deceased were identified as Asaduzzaman, 40, administrative official of ACI company, Faridul Haque, 50, an employee of the company and driver Rubel, 35.
The accident occurring around 11:30am in the Sadar upazila left all the microbus passengers dead on the spot, said Wahiduzzaman, Officer-in-Charge of Naujor highway police camp.
UNB reported quoting the OC that police recovered the bodies after being informed and sent those to Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Medical College Hospital morgue.
