Two motorcycle passengers were killed after their vehicle was rammed by a concrete mixer truck in the capital’s Banani.
The incident occurred around 9:00 am on Sunday.
The victims are yet to be identified, but the truck has been impounded, according to Rasel Sarwar, chief of Banani Police Station, according to bdnews24.com.
The Fire Service went to the scene after the accident and recovered the bodies.
Lima Khatun, officer on duty at the Fire Service Central Control Room, said: “We went and recovered two bodies when the incident was reported, but we have not identified them yet.”
