A young man and a teenage girl were found dead in separate places in Savar on Saturday morning.
Ibne Farhad, Sub-Inspector of Savar Model Police Station, said miscreants hacked the youth, aged at 22, to death at dawn and dumped the body in Badda Bhatpara area.
Being informed by locals, police recovered the body and sent it to Dhaka Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
The body bore several injury marks, the SI added.
Besides, police recovered the hanging body of a girl, aged about 15, from a house in Laltek village in Sadar union in the morning, reports UNB.
Police are working to identify the victims and two cases were filed following the crimes.
