Two minor boys drowned while bathing in a pond in Sirajganj on Saturday evening.
The victims have been identified as Mithun Akanda, 6, son of Mano Akanda of Rooppur village and Imran, 8, son of Hanif, from Dariapur village.
Officer-in-Charge of Shahjadpur Police Station Khaja Golam Kibria said Mithun and Imran went to take their baths at a pond near Shahjadpur municipality area during noon, UNB reported.
Later, family members found the bodies floating on the water body and reported police.
