Two women’s bodies recovered after bus plunges into Padma at Daulatdia

The bodies of two women have been recovered after a bus lost control and plunged into the Padma River at Daulatdia Ferry Terminal in Rajbari.

Rajbari Civil Surgeon SM Masud said the bodies were kept at the Goalanda Upazila Health Complex.

However, their identities could not be immediately confirmed.

The incident occurred on Wednesday evening, when the bus, carrying dozens of passengers, fell into the river while attempting to board a ferry at the terminal.
