A teenage workshop worker died after the cornice of a wall collapsed on him in the capital’s Aftabnagar area on Tuesday night.
The deceased was identified as Ramzan, 16, from Pakuria village in Sherpur Sadar upazila of Sherpur district, as per a UNB report.
Ramzan was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital around 2:00 am in critical condition, but doctors declared him dead on arrival.
Inspector Md Faruk, in charge of the DMCH police outpost, said the body has been kept at the hospital morgue.
