Microbus registration in the country stood at 3,257 in the first seven months of the current calendar year.
Of them, 1,929 microbuses were registered in Dhaka, according to the statistics provided by Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA).
A total of 4,137 microbuses were registered in 2018, while it was 5,575 the year before, it added.
