Amu off to Malaysia for business conference

Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu on Tuesday left here for Malaysia to join the "Economic Times Asian Business Leaders Conclave (ABLC)".

Malaysian Prime Minister Mohammad Najib Bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak will inaugurate the conference tomorrow at Kuala Lumpur, said a press release here on Tuesday.

Bangladesh Industries Minister will be there at the conference as the guest of honour.

Ministers, business leaders, high government officials and bankers from 20 countries will take part in the conference.

Chief executive of the international trade organisations and
representatives from the World Bank (WB) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) will also attend the conference.

After being participated in the Asian Business Leaders conference, Amir Hossain Amu will join the two-day "21st International Conference on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)" at New Delhi in India on November 30.reports BSS.

World Association for Small and Medium Enterprises (WASME) is organising the conference.

The minister is scheduled to return home on December 4.
