Awami League nominates Salina Hayat Ivy for Narayanganj city polls

Awami League has nominated Salina Hayat Ivy, the mayor of Narayanganj City Corporation, as its mayoral candidate for upcoming election in the city corporation.

The party took the decision at a joint meeting of its local government nomination board and parliamentary board at the Ganabhaban on Friday, reports bdnews24.com citing Awami League’s Presidium Member Zahangir Kabir Nanak.
