The board of directors of Bay Leasing & Investment Limited has approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year ended December 31, 2018.
The announcement came at the company’s 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held Sunday at the Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh, IDEB Bhaban in the capital, according to a media release received today (Monday).
Dr Maswooda Ghani, Chairperson of the company presided over the AGM.
Iftekhar Ali Khan, Managing Director delivered his briefing on the operations of the company. Directors, Sponsors and a large number of shareholders were present at the AGM.
