Berger Paints Bangladesh is planning to introduce Berger expert sanitisation service as part of its business diversification.
The service is expected to be launched in the fourth week of July 2020, according to an official disclosure on Sunday.
The leading paint maker will introduce Berger Expert Sanitization Service where eco-friendly sanitising agents, smart tools and trained applicators will be used to ensure a clean and germ-free environment for offices, commercial spaces, residences and government buildings, said the disclosure.
The company said objectives of new service are to provide sanitisation service to all interested parties as a part of its business diversification and to provide sanitisation service to the dealers to ensure a safe environment in their shops.
The company also said it would facilitate trained painters to earn extra money through this sanitisation service.
Expected annual revenue generation is Tk 10 million to Tk 15 million with a margin of 30 per cent.
Each share of the company, which was listed on the Dhaka bourse in 2006, closed at Tk 1,328.90 on Thursday last.
