The Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) has decided to organise a public hearing on June 13 in the city to learn the experience of subscribers and other concern bodies.
The regulatory body on Thursday said in a notification that related government, private, telecommunication operators and consumers rights bodies can participate in the public hearing.
At the meeting, people can place sector related questions and convey their experience over the quality of service.
To take part in the event, interested persons are requested to register at www.btrc.gov.bd/regestration-form
Registration will start from June 3.
BTRC had hosted such event for the first time in 2016.
