The board of directors of Delta Life Insurance Company Limited has approved 26 per cent cash dividend for each share of Tk 10 for the year 2018.
Chairman of the board of directors Lt Gen M Noor Uddin Khan, psc (Retd) presided over the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the company held on Wednesday.
The shareholders of the company also approved the annual accounts and balance sheet, according to a media release received today (Thursday).
Among others, directors of the company Zeyad Rahman, Kazi Fazlur Rahman, Mohammad Shams-Ul Islam, Salahuddin Ahmad, Chief Executive Officer Adeeba Rahman ACII(UK), other senior executives and shareholders were present at the AGM.
