EBL signs agreement with Cathay Pacific Airways

VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club International, Discover and UnionPay International cardholders of Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) and any other banks now can purchase air tickets from Cathay Pacific Airways through EBL POS (Point Of Sale) terminals.

Ahsan Ullah Chowdhury, Head of Cards and Digital Banking of EBL and Ahmed Reza, Country Manager, Bangladesh and Bhutan of Cathay Pacific Airways signed  an agreement  to this effect in Dhaka recently, according to a media release.

Nahid Farzana, Head of Cards Business, Shah Md Mominul Azim, Unit Head, Merchant Services, Cards, Faisal M Fathe - Ul Islam, Head of M-Commerce and E-Commerce from EBL; Munshi Asadur Rahman, Deputy Manager, Finance and accounts, Tasnima Nur, Financial Services Supervisor of Cathay Pacific Airways were present among others on the occasion.
