Eastern Bank Ltd (EBL) will hold its scheduled Board Meeting on Sunday, April 5.
The meeting will be held at 3.00 pm at its Head Office at Gulshan in the city, according to a media release.
The audited financial report for the year ending on December 31, 2019 alongside other declarations for the shareholders will be reviewed in the meeting.
