‘4th ICSB National Award for Corporate Governance Excellence, 2016’, arranged by Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) will be held Thursday at 7:30 pm at the Celebrity Hall of Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC) in the city, said a statement.
The theme of the award is ‘Promoting Governing Excellence’. There will be 24 (twenty four) awards in 8 (eight) different categories having 3 (three) awards in each category.
Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed, MP, will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest and will hand over the trophies and certificates to the winning companies.
Mr. Shubhashish Bose, Secretary, Ministry Commerce and Prof. Dr. M. Khairul Hossain, Chairman, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) will be the special Guests.
