A case has been filed in connection with the incident of hitting the Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal’s car in front of National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) Sher-e-Bangla Nagar area in the capital on Friday night.

Traffic Inspector Ekhlasur Rahman filed the case against helper Manik and driver Ibrahim Khalil Emon with Sher-e Bangla Nagar Police Station around 11:45 pm, said sub-inspector Yadul, a duty officer at the police station.

A bus of New Vision Paribahan hit the minister’s car in front of NICVD around 8:45 pm when he was coming out of the institute after visiting a patient, said the SI.
