Today (July 07, 2020) is the last day to send suggestions and opinions for the country’s monetary policy for the fiscal year (FY21).
Bangladesh Bank has already started to work to formulate FY21 monetary policy, and the corresponding Monetary Policy Statement (MPS) will be published soon.
As part of making the monetary policy inclusive, central bank has also solicited stakeholders’ suggestions, opinions and feedbacks for FY21 monetary policy.
In a notice, Bangladesh Bank (BB) has requested ‘interested individuals and institutions’ to ‘send their suggestion/opinion/feedback (if any) for this purpose.’
The suggestions or opinions have to be submitted to Md. Julhas Uddin, general manager of Monetary Policy Department, latest by July 07, 2020 through email.
