A man was killed in a road accident at Dhaka's Tikatuli on Thursday night.
Witness Mostafizur Rahman Shuvo said a Jurain-bound bus of 'Rangdhanu Paribahan' knocked down a pedestrian in front of Rajdhani Super Market at Tikatuli at about 8:45pm, leaving him critically injured.
Shuvo later took the man to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where doctors pronounced him dead around 9:15pm, said sub-inspector Bacchu Miah of DMCH Police Camp; according to a news agency report.
