Police recovered the bodies of two men from Kamalapur and Kaundia areas of Birulia of Savar on Sunday morning.
A 42-year-old rickshaw puller Chand Miah reportedly committed suicide by taking poison at Kamalapur village on Saturday night.
He was taken to Enam Medical College Hospital later where the doctors declared him dead, according to a UNB report.
Meanwhile, a 32-year-old man Abdul Alim hanged himself from a ceiling fan at his own residence in Savar’s Kaundia area.
Sub-Inspector Dipankar Roy of Savar Model Police Station said acting on a tip-off, police rushed to the spots and recovered the bodies.
