The 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pubali Bank Limited was held at the bank's board room of the head office through digital platform on Thursday. M. Azizul Huq, Chairman of the board of directors of Pubali Bank Limited presided over the meeting, said a statement.
The shareholders unanimously approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year ended December 31, 2019 at the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
A huge number of shareholders participated in the discussion through video conference and they talked about the overall performance of the bank in the AGM. They expressed their satisfaction and also suggested some suggestions for further improvement of performance of the bank.
The chairman thanked everybody for active participation in the AGM and then announced the end of the meeting.
